Spicy at CinqSens
CinqSens shakes up the codes of classic pastry making with an unprecedented sensory experience. The “amour chou” box consists of a rose and 6 choux pastry with spicy flavors: chocolate-Espelette pepper and green apple-ginger. And to accompany this special box, the pastry chef Nicolas Paciello, who also officiates in the kitchens of the Hotel Barrière Fouquet’s Paris
, offers “the heart catcher”, a dessert with scents of vanilla, almond and rose.

Pastry chef Pierre Hermé joins forces with graffiti artist Cyril Kongopour to celebrate love in all its forms. A marriage of graphics, symbolic hearts and delicacies to be found in boxes of macaroons and chocolate candies adorned with an exclusive work of the artist. The great classics of the house are also revisited in limited edition: Mixed Hearts desserts with Ispahan, Infiniment Vanille and Fleur de Cassis flavors. Without forgetting the Duo Hearts version of the mythical Ispahan macaroon.

Infiniment Amoureux available for delivery on the weekend of February 13 and 14. On the menu, Isfahan croissant, mini brioche, macaroons, hot drink, heart-shaped balloons and bouquet of flowers.

Love always with Christophe Michalak
Christophe Michalak’s creations are there to celebrate love! On the pastry chef’s menu, a heart with blackcurrant flower: a comforting and Haute Couture dessert composed of a crispy Gianduja, an almond biscuit as well as a compote and a light blackcurrant-lychee cream .
Chocolate lovers will fall for the marshmallow teddy bears or the double praline heart box while lovers with a capital “A” will opt for the special Valentine’s box. Inside, a Valentine’s Day cake made up of a macaroon cookie, a lime ganache and a passion fruit guava coulis accompanied by a box of praline hearts.
