You might think that with teleworking, workers are gaining more freedom. 1. In the event of URSSAF control
One of the role of URSSAF is to monitor hours. This is done by the employer. In addition, the health crisis has multiplied the number of overtime hours worked by employees, and the monitoring of hours makes it possible to ensure their payment by the company. It is good to remember that overtime is partly exempt from certain contributions (it depends on employers and employees). 2. The right to disconnect

Indeed, it is not because a company switches to teleworking that the big boss can call on its workforce at any time of the day, even by a simple email or an SMS. This is called the right to disconnect, and it came into effect on January 1, 2017. The end-of-day check-in informs the boss that the working hours have been done, and the rest will wait until the next day. The score therefore also allows the protection of employees.
